THE CORONATION FESTIVAL
The Coronation Festival (2013) took place in the Gardens of Buckingham Palace. Brandscape managed the complex logistics of 1,000 VIP Bentley guests staying in four central London hotels and transfers to and from the Palace (for both day and evening events), as well as managing exclusive hospitality within the grounds and a concierge service.

BENTLEY’S SECRET BRITAIN
Brandscape created and managed a five-night, bespoke, high-end UK experience developed for Chinese owners and prospects. The event included a VIP Bentley factory tour, a private theatre performance in Stratford-upon-Avon, a visit to the Royal Mews and lunch at the House of Lords.
VOLKSWAGEN XL1 LAUNCH
Brandscape Group launched the Volkswagen XL1 with a series of events aimed at media, VIPs and deposit payers. We designed and created the set (a high tech backdrop to the static elements of the event) and designed and managed all elements of the road drive and technical presentations.
POLO TIMELESS 50
To celebrate the launch of the stylish new Volkswagen Polo, we created a shopping centre based fashion show. The show, which aimed to attract the attention of younger female consumers, was hosted by ‘This Morning’s’ fashion expert John Scott. Across five events, BEC generated over 11,000 new leads for the brand.
VOLKSWAGEN BLUEMOTION ROADSHOW
The roadshow was designed to raise awareness and understanding of BlueMotion. We created an interactive ‘science lab’ style experience that brought the technologies to life and demonstrated cost savings and environmental benefits. 160,000 consumers were exposed to BlueMotion Technology. The roadshow generated over 3,250 brochure and test drive requests.
PASSAT CC ROADSHOW
We created an eye catching stand to ensure that the Passat CC would stand out during the roadshow which took place at four major shopping centres. Over 500,000 consumers were exposed to the Passat CC and the roadshow generated over 2,100 brochures and test drive requests.
